This case picks up where "LinkedIn and Modern Recruiting (A)" left off, detailing the business 's innovations in hiring practices, which contained its exceptionally effective use of LinkedIn profile and curriculum vitae data. As part of these initiations, a brand new recruiting version was assembled by LinkedIn's ability acquisition team, known as the Total Addressable Market (TAM) model.
