Green Innovation Games: Value-Creation Strategies for Corporate Sustainability Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

This study builds on insights from 49 sustainability leaders in the U.S. by analyzing eco-friendly initiation from the game perspective. It explores how initiations can improve environmentally friendly, and what activities and managerial roles are needed to enable the transformation. It identifies four green innovation games defined by different inherent value creation logics and mental and organizational obstacles.

The post suggests ways that may help supervisors to overcome these hurdles and incorporate three critical managerial roles in culture and their corporate plan to advance corporate sustainability.
