Fiji versus FIJI: Negotiating Over Water Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

This case analyzes dialogues between an organization and authorities over natural resources. The Fijian government suggested a substantial increase in its water extraction tax that will just apply to big extractors and thus to FIJI Water and not to its opponents.

FIJI Water responded by calling the increase "prejudiced" and threatened to shut down its businesses, but in the closing stages its dialogue resulted in its permission to cover the tax increase.
