·Role Determination

An Attorney should determine his role as a professional or a legal lawyer or to be an empathetic lawyer at times. By doing so, the Attorney would be able to know about the lacking in the conversation, which he could then work on further in the next meeting and would try to be in continuous  contact with the client, so that he might not feel neglected.
