They may also struggle to communicate with each other.These issues could occur due to the problems with specific team members, not the entire team.

Additionally, having a team that works well in isolation, is a weakness. If there is a team member who has an idea that is not shared by the rest of the team members;he would feel the pressure from his peer team members to turn that idea into the reality. In some cases, the idea may even end up being discarded, because it would not meet the needs of the team or the goals of the team as a whole.
