The case takes a look in the development and strategies of AC Immune SA; a biotech startup performing research into the remedies of Alzheimer.

Pupils will especially learn about the success factors of heading a small enterprise during the stormy and uncertain terrain outlined in the case; while discussing the case and how best to tackle the three identified challenges.
