The director of transitional and community programs at Women’s Community House (WCH), a social enterprise, has to decide about the renewal of retail lease on WHC’s used-dressed boutique, Mine101, a social enterprise. Its primary objective at the time of the foundation was to produce funds for WCH’s children’s programming, but it did not meet the desired goals during its starting two years.
