Multiobjective and Multistakeholder Choice Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

This technical note explains how one makes a choice in situations where there are multiple objectives and parameters to measure performance against those goals. In some cases, given the attributes are important because they measure the effects of the choice of specific stakeholders. The note said the elimination of alternatives aspects dominance, and some decision rules that do not require compensatory tradeoffs (lexicographic, satisfactory). Methods "speed and weight" (linear additive scoring rules) are described and illustrated.
