IronPort Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Scott Weiss, CEO of IronPort, a foremost internet security company, is considering an acquisition offer from Cisco Systems in November of 2006. Although Weiss had initially meant for IronPort to IPO, a chain of events have occurred that have made an acquisition a possibly more appealing substitute.
