BCPC Internet Strategy Team: An Exercise Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

This short fictional case is at the heart of decision-making team exercises. Case, inspired by the real decision facing a major telecommunications company, describes a cross-functional management team convened by the Director-General to make recommendations on how to conduct a full-scale launch of the new high-speed Internet access.
