Twenty-First Century Leaders Case Solution

The Twenty-First Century Leaders Program was launched by a group of business leaders from the Presidential Forum of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota. Ten business leaders and private schools agreed on a mutual objective: to improve the quality of schooling in Colombia. 187 whether public or private, have formed a partnership with 109 companies in different nine cities to help more than 100,000 children. and to strengthen schools as organizations today

The project helps schools to embrace administrative practices that are better and, since 2001, it has directed national forums on the topics of quality in school management to emphasize the experience of schools that have experienced the greatest advancement. Besides the topics associated with quality, the job is also directed toward policy preparation and execution. This case also sheds light on the role of its founder, Meals de Colombia, in this initiative.
