World Wildlife Fund US Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

The World Wildlife Fund USA is a leading international non-profit conservation which operates through a global network organization WWF. This case is the U.S. strategy for WWF to achieve its mission to protect the natural resources and wildlife. Unlike traditional approaches, in which the WWF country operate relatively independently, the new strategy calls for integration of WWF U.S. more fully into the global network of the World Wildlife Fund, as well as strengthening long-term, trusting relationship between all partner organizations to preserve their shared objectives.
