Chronicles of Trident Health, British Medical information company founded in April 1993, Stan Shepherd and his partner Ray Jordan. The relationship between Stan and Ray began as an informal partnership of consulting, as they tried to take advantage of opportunities to help shift the care of UK health system from paper to electronic storage, retrieval, and exchange of information. Realizing that this was a lot more features than the two of them can cope with both partners, they decided to create a company to achieve these goals. Stan and Ray is facing many problems in the first months of Trident Health. To deal with financial difficulties, they decided to generate cash flow, taking the type of consulting contracts. The front staff, they hired software developers, which could help in the development of the planned flagship product. They also started to build relationships with companies in their opinion, no doubt, play a critical role in the transformation of the health system of Great Britain.
