The Three Strikes Law in California: The Ballot Initiative Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

In November 1994, California voters were presented ballot initiatives on the proposed "three strikes" measure that would impose harsh penalties on offenders. In accordance with the terms of the offer 184, guilty of one or two violent or serious crimes on their records would get a lot more suggestions for a second or third offense is a crime in the case of the third "strike", a term of 25 years to life, and these repeat offenses should not be violent or serious to qualify as a strike.
