The Power of Happiness Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Employees are the backbone of any organization, and as you might expect, the research shows that happy employees are more motivated, productive and committed. While large studies have examined the relationship between long-term success of the organization and motivated employees, much less has been said about what actually makes employees happy.
