Steve Parker and the GFS-China Technologies Venture (A) (B) (C) and (D) Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

GFS-China is a joint venture between Industries Standard (Standard) of the United States and good enterprise Fortune (Good Fortune) of China. A joint venture for the production of various automotive heating, ventilation and air conditioning units. Two weeks after the GFS-China began to work, President of luck stopped the joint venture and the joint venture will not allow the general manager of the plant. Fortune wrote a letter to the president in the standard, and demanded that the joint venture general manager be replaced. After several meetings and communication between the partners, it was decided that a new CEO will be appointed, and the general manager will come from the standard.
