Saying What Needs to be Said: Role-Plays Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Managing conflicts and differences have always been necessary, but difficult, skills for effective managers to master. This case was designed to gain experience in conflict management and self-confidence. Founded in pedagogy of experiential learning, the case is composed of three role-playing scenarios that illustrate the three complex business situations. In each scenario, the two men face a possible difference in perspective or purpose. Role-playing game requires students to take the role of one of the men, and each scenario requires a different student to start a discussion.
