Describes a situation in which Sarah Campbell, CEO of women's clothing, must decide how to resolve tensions with its financial controller and ex-brother-in-law, Stephen Holt. Holt was hired by Campbell for 10 years, took over some of the financial responsibilities for the firm, and he knew the business very well.
