Purchasing Consortium for the BMS Industry in Singapore Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

In November 2011 the director and chief scientist of Acumen Research Laboratories (ARL) was conferred in the spring of Singapore on how to improve the existing procurement practices of biomedical science (BMS) industry in Singapore. As a senior scientific advisor and founder of ARL, she saw and experienced a lot of inefficiency purchase, as well as the quality of the existing procurement practices in the search for the necessary materials and equipment.
