PlaNet Finance was a French NGO providing technical support and training services to microfinance institutions (ie, institutions that provide financial services to the poor) and other actors of microfinance rating of microfinance institutions and governance, and investment advisory services to microfinance and investment funds. It was also to create a network of microfinance banks through a holding company of microfinance.
