Organization and Strategy at Millennium (A) Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

This case is the Millennium strategic and organizational responses to the rapid development of the biopharmaceutical industry. In the early 2000s, as a competitive advantage in the early stages of the Millennium Research slipped and its losses mounted, the founder and CEO Mark Levin firm moved downstream from the research and drug development and commercialization, while narrowing of the horizontal width of the more than a dozen therapeutic classes only three. In 2005, Levin hired Deborah Dunsire from Novartis as General Manager to lead the continuing transformation of the millennium.
