In today's competitive environment, you need more than ever to expand the investment product development more efficient. To help managers, we have developed two conceptual tools to support the assessment of the effectiveness of the product development. Measuring performance evaluation Matrix (PMEX) helps managers assess the performance measurement system they currently use to identify areas for improvement. Result from using PMEX indicate that it is common to measure the performance is comparable with the efficiency aspects of time, cost and quality, without the control of the value created. Performance is largely perceived by managers to time, cost and quality of work in the later stages of the development process. We argue that an effective performance measurement system based on performance criteria, and then gets the measure based on them. He argued that there should be a change in the perception of the performance before the performance evaluation system can be improved. Product development organization model Performance (PDOPM) assists in the development of perception performance, uncertainty regarding the effectiveness and impact in three general levels of activity within the product development function.
