EnFi Textiles Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

This is a case of a manufacturer of textile products in the Czech Republic. Founded in 1991, Jitka Entlichová and her husband Milan Fiedler, ENFI manufactured a wide range of standard and special bath and table linen, bed linen, curtains, chair covers and display banners for upscale restaurants, conferences, receptions, hotels and boutique retail. ENFI acquired tissue from the Czech Republic and abroad, mainly in France, Spain, Italy, India and Slovakia. In 2004 ENFI over 1,200 hotel, resort, restaurant and business customers throughout the Czech Republic. Czech Republic has rapidly evolved from a controlled economy to 1989 in a bright international market by the time it joined the European Union in 2004. Since competition and increased costs, Entlichová was to change her company for many years.
