CQUAY Technology Corporation was a private Canadian software company with offices in Toronto, Calgary, and Washington, DC market CQUAY patented intelligence engine place called Common Ground. The company's technology has been developed for growing, multi-billion dollar market segment spatial information management. A year earlier, the council asked the Director General for the formation of the company in the acquisition of the target for the next 18 to 24 months. A year later, there was the inevitable discussion of the acquisition, and the last thrust of customers and sales pipeline, it seemed worthy of raising capital growth, rather than the acquisition-oriented plan. Director-General wishes to its shareholders and the board happy, fulfilling a plan that they gave him, but without prejudice to the possible growth of the client. The reorientation of the plan could change possible acquisition. Without further contracts, existing cash will support the company for another six to eight months. The Director-General thought that the most likely outcome was to sell the company, but he needed to make the company more attractive.
