Community Medical Imaging Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

In early February 2009, the radiologist Community Medical Imaging (CMI), in London, Ontario, Timmins District Hospital approached the chief to provide on-call services to the Timmins and surrounding area. Current provider hospital decided to move to the United States and no longer able to provide services. Chief hoped that CMI can take the extra load. Radiologist knew that this task will be to provide interesting work for radiologists and to improve CMI CMI presence throughout the province, but also to supply the increased demand, both professionally and personally, to the whole team.
