Employee Benefit Outsourcing (EBO) unit BPO, Inc is booming as a result of the trend in the industry towards greater outsourcing of business processes. Despite the rapid growth of income, the unit EBO could not make a profit in part because of problems with its operation. Six Sigma project was initiated to develop a computer simulation model of health and social service delivery process to help better manage the operational issues.
