Black & Decker-Eastern Hemisphere and the ADP Initiative (A) Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

Bill Lancaster, the new president of the Black & Decker-Eastern Hemisphere, trying to introduce a new performance evaluation and management system development. Black & Decker is a relatively weak player in the Eastern Hemisphere and Lancaster is convinced that it must significantly increase the number and quality of managers in the region.
