In this note we consider the process by which such a network can be created and cultivated: 1) Which functions can serve the development of relations? 2) How do these relationships are formed and maintained? 3) Who in the organization, the individual can create such a relationship? and 4) What are the special problems of those who are in the minority face in building these relationships?
