Assigned Leaders Group Discussion Exercise: Assessing Your Leadership Skills Harvard Case Solution & Analysis

The purpose of this exercise is to assess the students' leadership skills and a group of followers. Participants preparing to implement individually, reading six mini-case studies that describe people-management problems and choosing a solution for the problems of the options provided at the end of each case. During the exercise, participants randomly assigned to discussion groups of five to six members, with each one serves as the leader of one case, and as a participant in the discussion for the remaining five cases. In the discussion to give participants the opportunity to demonstrate an effective leader and followers of behavior and demonstrate their oral communication, judgment and decision-making skills.
